Quotes and appointments

Website prices are starting prices for vehicles in average condition and exclude sales tax. Sales tax is collected in addition to the listed price. Final pricing depends on vehicle size, condition, and selected services. Requesting a quote does not book an appointment. Confirm your total, including sales tax, before booking.

Deposits, rescheduling and cancellations

• Booking: A $50 deposit confirms your appointment once we agree on the service, time, and location. The deposit is credited toward your service total, not an additional fee.
• Rescheduling: Give at least 24 hours' notice before your appointment to transfer your deposit to the rescheduled appointment. Contact us directly for changes with less notice.
• Weather: If weather prevents service, your deposit carries over to the rescheduled appointment.
• Customer cancellations: If you cancel rather than reschedule, the deposit is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. This policy does not limit any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights.
• If we cancel: If Valentin Car Solutions LLC cancels your appointment, you may choose a full refund of your $50 deposit or transfer it to a rescheduled appointment.

Package scope and vehicle condition

View each package's included services and vehicle pricing. Interior Detail is the complete interior-cleaning option. Full Detail combines the complete Interior Detail and Exterior Detail services.

Normal shampooing, spot cleaning, and reasonable extraction are included in Interior Detail and Full Detail. Excessive stains, heavy soiling, extensive extraction or restoration-level cleaning, excessive pet hair, smoke or strong odors, and other unusually difficult conditions may require additional work, quoted before service.

Results depend on the vehicle's condition. Some stains, odors, wear, and paint defects may not be fully removable. Paint correction beyond the work listed in your package is quoted separately.

Ceramic protection

We use Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light ceramic coating, which the manufacturer describes as providing up to five years of protection with proper application and maintenance. Actual durability depends on care and exposure. This is a product durability rating, not an unconditional five-year service warranty.

The vehicle must be indoors for application and remain indoors for at least 12 hours afterward. Confirm a suitable indoor location with us before booking. Review the manufacturer's product and application information and ask about aftercare and any written warranty that applies.

Before your appointment

Exterior service depends on local wash-water rules and a suitable work area. Confirm your address with us before booking; not every driveway or parking area is suitable for washing.

Please provide access to a working outdoor water source and a standard electrical outlet within reasonable reach of the vehicle. Confirm your location and access arrangements with us before the appointment.
